How is this different from an AI savings calculator?
A calculator guesses from turnover and headcount. The Blueprint adds up real tasks: minutes, times a week, pay for the role, and the share AI can take. Every number says who gave it.
Will staff hide work because they fear AI?
You can choose summaries with no names. A consultant can sit with anyone who's nervous, and staff never see anyone's pay.
Which AI do the bots run on?
The AI you already pay for and allow: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or a local model. If you have none, the Blueprint recommends one per bot.
Do we have to hire you to build or run it?
No. Step 1 includes help building the bots yourself. Arcytex building it (step 2) and Pareto Talent running it (step 3) are optional.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes per person. The report lands once your team finishes and a consultant signs it off. Then the plan runs for 90 days.
How does the guarantee work?
If your finished Blueprint doesn't find at least 10 times its fee in yearly savings plus recovered revenue, we refund the fee. It needs 80% of invited staff to finish and the pay for each role. Ask within 30 days of the signed-off report.
